Som Tum (Green Papaya Salad) from Thailand
Manakeesh (pizza-like flatbread) from the Middle East
Burek (phyllo, meat, cheese) from the Balkans
Tortilla y Jamon (potato, egg, ham) from Spain

Chef Events are BYOB/Wine. 

Event starts at 6:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $85/per patron.
