Inspired by his six-month journey hitchhiking through the Gulf countries, Chef Steve has curated a 7-course tasting menu that brings the rich and diverse flavours of the Arabian Peninsula right to your plate.
Choose from two dates: September 20th or 21st, and prepare to be transported on a culinary adventure through the Gulf with dishes that highlight the region's vibrant spices and bold flavours:
- Foul Medames: A Saudi-style fava bean dip that captures the essence of the Arabian street food scene.
- Falafel, Houmus, Pickle: A Gulf classic with crunchy falafel, creamy houmus, and tangy pickles.
- Aloo Keema: A Pakistani potato and meat curry that brings warmth and comfort in every bite.
- Kubba Hamuth: Delicate Iraqi meat dumplings in a savoury broth.
- Dolma: Traditional Iraqi stuffed vegetables, bursting with flavour and heritage.
- Al Magash: A South Saudi spicy braised fish, rich in aromatic spices.
- Chicken Mandi: A fragrant Yemeni rice dish, cooked to perfection with tender chicken and spices.

Event starts at 6:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $85/per patron.
