On Tuesday, December 13th, Chef Joe Paquette will be serving up some French classics for your culinary pleasure! The night's menu includes:

1st course - Niçoise Salad
2nd course - Shrimp Bisque Classic soup topped with shrimp ceviche and truffled crema
3rd course - Chateau Briand with Red Wine Demi Glace served with Truffled Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Veg
Dessert - Crème Brulee Cheesecake

Event starts at 6:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $90/per patron.
