December 15th - Fresh Pasta
Chef Angela Toye LOVES the culinary art of making fresh pasta and pairing it with other Italian-style delights. On December 15th, she'll share some of her favourites with you at our Chef's Table. The menu is as follows:
Brussel sprouts with whipped feta
Nduja toast with rapini and poached egg
Pumpkin stuffed pasta with brown butter, sage and hazelnuts
Chocolate tart with zabaglione
Event starts at 6:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $85/per patron.
