This special event, "Doug's Favourite Inventions," is your chance to taste the result of Chef Doug’s relentless pursuit of culinary excellence. Known for his creativity and passion, Chef Doug has been pushing the boundaries of flavour and technique, always seeking to elevate and enhance his dishes. From the first bite, you’ll see why diners have been captivated by his innovative approach, which combines a deep respect for tradition with a bold, contemporary flair.
Guests can look forward to:
Potato mille-feuille with garlic cream
Chix paté with armagnac peppers corns and grapefruit
Jägerspätzle (German egg pasta with mushrooms and cheese)
Chinese 5 spice pork belly baos with pickles
White chocolate wasabi wafers
Roasted pepper paprikash with Czech dumplings and fermented rhubarb
Event starts at 6:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $110/per patron.
