February 3rd - Mediterranean Cruise
Imagine taking a cruise through the Mediterranean, and stopping at every port to try a local delicacy known to the region. Chef Steve's menu for the night will take you to Malta, Greece, the French Riviera, and beyond. The 7 course menu includes:
Fried Halloumi Cheese, Spinach
A Fantastic Greek-Style Garlic Dip
Stuffed Flank Steak, Slow Cooked in Red Wine Tomato Sauce
Shellfish and Sea Bass in Saffron White Wine Broth
Tartare De Beouf
Gorgeous, Finely chopped Beef Tenderloin
Spanish Balerian Islands
Chorizo Al Vino Tinto
Chorizo Fried with Red Wine Sauce
Event starts at 6:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $80/per patron.
