Vamos!  Let's get away from the cold and head south.  Come join Chef Doug as he showcases some of his favourite dishes and flavours from Mexico!  As one of Doug's favourite food regions in the world, Mexico has so much to offer in terms of diversity of ingredients, techniques, and flavours. Two dates to choose from: Wednesday March 26th & Thursday March 27th.

Chef Events are BYOB/Wine. 

Event starts at 6:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $110/per patron.
