September 30th - "Bow Thai" Night
Thai food really hit the scene worldwide, intentionally mind you, starting in the 90’s.
The Thai government decided to boost their culinary presence by forming a group to foster chefs and open Thai restaurants around the world. Chef Doug was fortunate to work at places that help inspire his love for Thai food. He says, "I think that the world has really heard about that symphony of food to the tune of galangal, fish sauce, kaffir lime, and so much more." Thankfully, we have JB Global in town and he will be able to get some of those more exotic items for our night!
Event starts at 6:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $100/per patron.

Chef Doug Wong lead us through 4 courses that were unique, fresh and so delicious. The atmosphere of the room provides an intimate experience between you and the chef.
