There are 4 dates with varying 5-course menus for this indulgent culinary event hosted by Chef Andrew McNaughton at The Cheese Wedge. For $100 per person, enjoy handcrafted menus that celebrate the art of pasta-making, each course highlighting unique flavours and textures.

November 26th:
- Air Fried Pasta Chips with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
- Beetroot Tortellini Pasta stuffed with Roasted Garlic and Goat’s Cheese. Served with Pesto Cream Sauce
- Charcoal Agnolotti Pasta Stuffed with Sage Ricotta and Finished With Toasted Walnut Crumble, Squash Puree and Brown Butter
- Roasted Mushroom Stuffed Caramelle Pasta with Alfredo Sauce
- Beef Ragu on House Made Pappardelle Noodles
January 7th & 8th:
- Air Fried Pasta Chips with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
- Wild Mushroom Tagliatelle; House-made Spinach Pasta with Roasted Wild Mushrooms, Creamy Garlic Sauce and Fresh Herbs
- Beef Ragu Agnolottis with Fire Roasted Tomato and Beef Demi Glace
- Creamy Pasta Fagioli Soup
- Twice Cooked Lasagna with Creamy Roasted Garlic Mornay Sauce
February 11th:
- Air Fried Pasta Chips with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
- Butter Chicken Agnolotti; Braised Butter Chicken stuffed in a Charcoal Pasta Dough with Braised Peas, Caramelized Onions and Butter Chicken Sauce.
- Wild Mushroom Tagliatelle; House-made Spinach Pasta with Roasted Wild Mushrooms, Creamy Garlic Sauce and Fresh Herbs.
- Tuscan Sausage and White Bean Carmalle with Creamy Kale Sauce

Events start at 6:00 PM and are hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $100/per patron.
