Registration Information and Cancellation Policy For Individual Tickets and Private Events

Cooking Classes and Chef Events at The Cheese Wedge sell out quickly! Register early to avoid disappointment.

To purchase your tickets for Cooking Classes or Chef Events, please call 519.491.1199. Payment must be received in order to reserve your spot. Spaces are limited.

To book a private event with one of our Chefs a non-refundable deposit of $100 is secured with the date that has been approved by all parties (Customer, Chef & Venue). All guests must pay no later than 5 (five) days prior to the event.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone events due to low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will be notified and fully reimbursed or offered a credit. A refund or transfer is available up to seven days before the event begins. No refunds or transfers will be given for missed event(s). Any event cancellations must be made 7 (seven) days before the scheduled event. Last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days from the scheduled event start time) or no-shows are ineligible for refunds. At any time, you are welcome to send an alternate to the event in your place or ask that your meal be packed up to be picked up the following day. Advance notice is required.

Please note: Events are subject to change, as are advertised recipes. Call the store in advance for confirmation.

We do not provide alcoholic beverages; instead, we allow participants to bring their own wine or beverages at no additional cost to them. Seats in events cannot be reserved, nor can we ask event participants to relinquish or change their seats to accommodate groups. We suggest you arrive early to ensure your group is seated together.

If you have an allergy, please advise us when registering for an event so we can do our best to accommodate you. If a guest with an allergy is present and did not inform our staff when registering (or within the 7 days from scheduled event date), there is nothing that we can do to change recipes or ingredients to accommodate.
