Join us as Chef Brian Long takes you on a bold and flavour-packed tour through Asia with an unforgettable five-course tasting experience. Expect vibrant spices, rich broths, delicate textures, and beautifully balanced dishes from start to finish.
First Course
Tom Yum Goong โ a fragrant, spicy-sour Thai shrimp soup that awakens the palate.
Second Course
Peking-style duck confit with maple-miso squash, pickled carrot & daikon, ramen-style egg, and house teriyaki broth โ savoury, comforting, and layered with flavour.
Third Course
Asian rice vermicelli & cashew salad topped with house char siu pork and finished with a soy-cashew-lime vinaigrette โ bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced.
Fourth Course
Cod in Thai red curry coconut sauce with cherry tomatoes and purple eggplant โ rich, aromatic, and beautifully warming.
Dessert
Creamy Mango Sago โ tapioca pearls with mango for a lightly sweet, refreshing finish. ๐ฅญ

Event starts at 6:00 PM and are hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $120 per patron.ย
