This thoughtfully curated experience highlights the rich diversity and history that is Canada — from coast to coast — reimagined through Chef Doug’s refined techniques and creative perspective. 

Chef Events are BYOB/Wine.

Event begins at 6:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors and check in upon arrival.

Cost for this event is $110 per person.
