The Menu
🍽 First Course – Roasted vegetable salad with toasted almonds, microgreens, shaved pecorino, and truffle honey vinaigrette.
🦞 Second Course – Seafood risotto featuring a fresh seafood medley, finished with a rich lobster bisque.
🥩 Main Course – Seared beef tenderloin with rosemary red wine demi-glaze, served with roasted mini Yukon potatoes, confit garlic parsnip purée, and bacon-wrapped asparagus.
🍓 Dessert – Mascarpone Napoleon with strawberry coulis.
