Start the new year with an elevated brunch crafted by Chef Nat of Bien Home Catering. This carefully curated menu blends comforting brunch favourites with fresh, vibrant flavours — all served in the intimate Chef’s Table dining space at The Cheese Wedge.

  1. Starter – Fresh Fruit Parfait Cups
    Layers of seasonal fruit, vanilla yogurt, and house-made granola — light, fresh, and perfectly balanced.

  2. Smoked Salmon & Avocado Board
    Mini toasts and bagels topped with smoked salmon, creamy avocado, cream cheese, capers, and fresh dill — a fresh, elegant, and Instagram-worthy option.

  3. Main Course – Maple Butter Chicken & Waffles
    Crispy fried chicken served atop golden Belgian waffles, drizzled with warm maple butter and a hint of cayenne for sweet-and-savory perfection.

Chef Events are BYOB/Wine.


Events start at 11:00 AM and are hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $60 per patron. Gratuities are welcomed, but please bring cash, or add tip at check out.
