Pork marinated in vinegar, garlic, thyme & wiri wiri peppers, pan-fried until golden.

Pholourie with Mango Sour
Spiced split-pea fritters served with tangy mango sour.

Guyanese Pepper Pot with Freshly Made Bread
Slow-braised beef in cassareep, cinnamon & Caribbean spices with warm bread.

Haitian Griot with Pikliz
Crispy citrus-marinated pork with zesty pikliz.

Diri Djon Djon
Haitian black mushroom rice with butter & herbs.

Fried Sweet Plantains
Golden, caramelized ripe plantains.

Salara (Guyanese Red Roll)
Coconut bread with spiced red coconut filling.

Pine Tarts
Flaky pastry with pineapple jam.

Sorrel Punch
Hibiscus steeped with cloves, cinnamon & orange peel.

Homemade Ginger Beer
Zesty, spiced, cooling ginger beer.

Chef Events are BYOB/Wine.

Events start at 6:00 PM and are hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $100 per patron. Gratuities are welcomed, but please bring cash, or add tip at check out.
