flavours and soulful cooking, brought to life by the incredible Chef Nat of Bien Home
Catering. Through a thoughtfully crafted multi-course menu, Chef Nat will take you on a culinary journey inspired by the warmth, spice, and heart of the Caribbean. Every dish is a celebration of tradition, creativity, and culture.

Throughout the evening, Chef Nat will share stories behind each dish, offering a deeper
connection to the ingredients and inspirations that shape Caribbean cuisine. This is more than a meal — it’s a vibrant, flavour-filled night of good food, good vibes, and the joy of coming together around the table.

Chef Events are BYOB/Wine. 

Events start at 6:00 PM and are hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $90/per patron. Gratuities are welcomed, but please bring cash, or add tip at check out.
