Starter – Southern Fried Green Tomatoes
Crisp, golden-fried green tomatoes served with creamy remoulade and hot honey. -
Soup – Creamy Sweet Corn & Smoked Bacon Chowder
A velvety chowder with sweet corn, smoky bacon, onions, and cream. -
Main Course – Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Hot Honey Drizzle
Tender fried chicken brined in seasoned buttermilk and topped with hot honey.
Sides:
• Creamy Baked Mac & Cheese
• Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread

Side Course – Southern Green Beans with Bacon
Slow-simmered with smoky bacon, onions, and garlic. -
Dessert – Classic Banana Pudding
Layers of vanilla pudding, bananas, and wafers topped with whipped topping.
Chef Events are BYOB/Wine.
Events start at 6:00 PM and are hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $95 per patron. Gratuities are welcomed, but please bring cash, or add tip at check out.
