Travel the legendary Silk Road through your palate with a 7-course tasting menu crafted by Chef Steve Hunter at The Cheese Wedge. Choose from two evenings of culinary exploration: Friday, March 21st, 2025, or Saturday, March 22nd, 2025.

For $85 per person, indulge in dishes inspired by the rich and diverse cuisines along this historic trade route:

✨ Mersemi̇k Çorbasi (Turkey) – Savoury lentil soup with bold spices
✨ Fattoush Kefta (Lebanon) – Flavourful lamb patties with fresh herbs
✨ Pomidore-Yumurta (Azerbaijan) – Creamy tomato and egg scramble
✨ Aloo Gobi (India) – Spiced potato and cauliflower dish
✨ Dolma (Iraq) – Vine leaves stuffed with seasoned rice
✨ Chicken Mandi (Yemen) – Fragrant rice dish with saffron and tender chicken
✨ Beshbarmak (Kazakhstan) – Slow-cooked beef shank with noodles

Event starts at 6:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $85/per patron.
