Embark on a culinary adventure through South Asia with an exquisite 7-course tasting menu, brought to life by Chef Steve Hunter at The Cheese Wedge. Choose from two evenings to experience the vibrant flavours of India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan: Friday, February 28th, or Saturday, March 1st.
For $85 per person, indulge in a thoughtfully crafted menu inspired by the rich culinary traditions of South Asia:

✨ Paneer Butter Masala (North India) – Marinated cheese in a rich, spiced tomato gravy

✨ Masala Dosa (South India) – Indian-style crepe filled with spiced potatoes
