Start your sourdough journey with us! Join Chef Tina of The Frugal Fig, right here at The Cheese Wedge for a hands-on, step-by-step class that will have you baking delicious, healthy sourdough bread in no time.

📍 The Cheese Wedge
In this interactive class, you’ll learn:
✅ How to feed & maintain a sourdough starter
✅ The importance of autolyse
✅ Mixing, folding & shaping techniques
✅ Bulk fermentation & when to bake
All supplies are included—plus, you’ll enjoy a cheese plate to snack on as you learn the techniques!
Each student will leave with two loaves of prepped bread ready to bake at home.
Chef Events are BYOB/Wine.
Event runs from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $100/per patron.
