Rock & Raw is part coastal elegance, part lively soirée. You'll be welcomed with a beautifully curated artisan cheese plate to enjoy on arrival — the perfect start to an evening of indulgence.

Then, ease into the main event with freshly shucked oysters on ice — served raw, bright, and briny — each paired with delicate mignonettes, citrus, and creative accompaniments. Watch as the night evolves and those same ocean gems are transformed into Oysters Rockefeller, baked to perfection with a rich blend of herbs, butter, cream, and just the right touch of luxury.

Expect the pop of champagne corks and the relaxed hum of good company as you savour each bite. This is a night of salt air, craftsmanship, and the beauty of simple, exceptional ingredients.

Event starts at 6:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $120/per patron. Gratuities are welcomed, but please bring cash, or add tip at check out.
