Valentine's Mini Cheesecake

A Valentine's take on our famous homemade cheesecake - enjoy a miniature gourmet cheesecake, complete with graham cracker crumb, and finished with beautiful chocolate accents and house made strawberry sauce. Serves 2, but is completely acceptable for 1 person to finish the whole thing.
