Step into an evening where flavour knows no limits. Beyond Wheat celebrates the artistry of gluten-free dining with a chef-crafted menu designed to surprise, delight, and elevate every course. This immersive culinary experience highlights refined technique, bold ingredients, and thoughtful gluten-free creativity—all presented at The Cheese Wedge’s Chef’s Table.
Your evening begins with a comforting Leek & Potato Soup, crowned with a crisp stilton crouton for a rich, savoury finish.
The second course brings a luxurious twist: Lobster Ravioli paired with fennel, house-dried tomatoes, and an orange-Cointreau blush—served with perfectly toasted seeded bread points for added texture and depth.
For the main, enjoy Red Wine–Braised Beef Short Ribs, slow-cooked to fork-tender perfection alongside roasted root vegetables and velvety horseradish potato purée, topped with crispy parsnip chips.
The evening concludes on a sweet, elegant note with a Gluten-Free Apple Strudel, filled with warm orchard flavours and finished with lemon mascarpone cream and pistachios.

Events start at 6:00 PM and are hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $115 per patron.
