Dive into a pasta lover’s paradise with A Night of Pasta, an indulgent 8-course culinary event hosted by Chef Andrew McNaughton at The Cheese Wedge. Choose from multiple dates to savour this Italian-inspired feast: January 9th, 16th, 22nd, 23rd, or February 6th, 13th, 2025.
For $100 per person, enjoy a handcrafted menu that celebrates the art of pasta-making, each course highlighting unique flavours and textures:
🍝 Crispy Farfalle
Air-fried farfalle pasta with a roasted pepper dip.
🍝 Pasta e Fagioli
Hearty bean and pasta soup with vegetables and ground beef.
🍝 Agnolottis
Charcoal pasta stuffed with roasted butternut squash, served with sweet pea purée and beet chips.
🍝 Tortellinis
Beet pasta filled with pesto-goat cheese, paired with garlic-fried kale, roasted walnuts, and brown butter.

Carrot pasta stuffed with cardamom-spiced ricotta, served with curried cream sauce, sweet peas, and roasted pearl onions.

Traditional pasta tossed in creamy Alfredo sauce, topped with grated parmesan, cracked pepper, and fresh parsley.

Event starts at 6:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $100/per patron.
