Wednesday October 28th 2026 - Take a culinary trip through the bright, bold flavours of South America. The evening begins with fresh fish ceviche, showcasing the incredible transformation that happens when fresh seafood meets citrus, herbs and spice, served alongside crisp corn tortillas. The main course features perfectly prepared flank steak with vibrant chimichurri, accompanied by crispy-edged yuca, grilled corn and pickled red onions. Dessert combines sweet and savoury with warm plantain empanadas filled with guava and cheese. A vibrant menu full of fresh ingredients, bold flavours and unexpected combinations.

Event starts at 6:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $115 per patron.
