Embark on a culinary adventure through South Asia with an exquisite 7-course tasting menu, brought to life by Chef Steve Hunter at The Cheese Wedge. Choose from two evenings to experience the vibrant flavours of India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan: Friday, February 28th, or Saturday, March 1st.

For $85 per person, indulge in a thoughtfully crafted menu inspired by the rich culinary traditions of South Asia:

Masala Chai – Indian slow-steamed milk tea with aromatic spices
Momos (Nepal) – Vegetable steamed dumplings
Paneer Butter Masala (North India) – Marinated cheese in a rich, spiced tomato gravy
Goan Prawn Curry (Goa) – Shrimp in a fragrant coconut and spice curry
Masala Dosa (South India) – Indian-style crepe filled with spiced potatoes
Lamb Keema (Pakistan) – Ground lamb cooked with spices in a savoury gravy
Chili Fish (Sri Lanka) – Steamed fish with a fiery chilli kick

Event starts at 6:00 PM and is hosted at The Cheese Wedge (601 Michigan Ave, Point Edward). Please enter through the front doors & check in upon arrival. Cost for this event is $85/per patron.
